A Privately Owned Music Studio
This unassuming building houses a state-of-the-art music studio. I worked on the drawings for the house on this property, for the original owner. (You can see the house beyond in some of the pictures.) The new owner hired me to do drawings for a music studio. The exterior was meant to be simple, but mimic the profile & materials of the residence. We had a sound consultant involved: David Rochester, of Nashville, TN. His company is Technical Audio Services, Inc. David did all the acoustic design work & calculations, along with being involved in a hands-on role for installation of interior acoustic treatments & audio systems.
This project was built by Bass & Royster, Inc. of Asheville, NC.
